The Chilliwack City Council has approved a major rezoning proposal for the properties located at 46001 Gore Avenue, 46002 & 46010 Princess Avenue, and 9232 & 9240 Young Road. The development, spearheaded by OTG Development Concepts Ltd., will transform these properties into a mixed-use hub, featuring an 82-unit, six-story residential building with ground-floor commercial spaces. The project also includes a five-story free-standing parkade, enhancing the area's parking capacity.
