Project Status

The Bradley Centre, located on the second floor of Chilliwack General Hospital, is a Fraser Health-operated long-term care community with 90 publicly subsidized beds. The facility includes a mix of eight single occupancy rooms, one double occupancy room, and 20 multiple occupancy rooms. It features secure keypad access, two elevators for easy mobility, and a beautiful patio for residents and families to enjoy.

The centre offers a variety of recreational and social programs, including weekly activities, spiritual programming, and music therapy. Additional services such as hairdressing, podiatry, and dental care are available for a fee. Bradley Centre provides a safe and supportive environment, enhancing the well-being of its residents while serving as a vital community resource.

Province of British Columbia Announces Major Expansion of Long-Term Care Facilities in Chilliwack

On August 19, 2024, the Province of British Columbia, in partnership with Fraser Health, announced a major expansion of long-term care in Chilliwack. The new $274.1 million facility on Mary Street will include 200 beds, a 32-spot adult daycare, and is set to begin construction in 2026. This project aims to enhance senior care services in the region.
