Andmar Chilliwack

Andmar Chilliwack is an upcoming master-planned community located at the southwest corner of Promontory Road and Thomas Road in Sardis, Chilliwack, BC. The development spans 10 acres and will feature eleven mixed-use buildings, combining residential and commercial spaces. Andmar will include 212 residential condos across four initial buildings—Andmar One and Two being the first to launch with completion expected by July 2026.

The project will offer 150,000 square feet of commercial space, housing a range of retail and service providers such as Nature’s Fare Organic Market, Pure Pharmacy, medical clinics, and dining establishments. Community-focused amenities like a large daycare, shared office spaces, and purpose-built areas for yoga and live performances will also be integral parts of the development.

Andmar is designed with sustainability and modern living in mind, offering pedestrian-friendly streets, green spaces, and local businesses, all while fostering a close-knit community atmosphere in collaboration with the Tzeachten First Nations. The project is built on 109-year prepaid land lease, ensuring long-term stability and investment security.
