In summary the proposal includes:
- 5-storey building (1-storey above ground parkade and 4 residential storeys);
- 22 units (including 3 small unit apartments);
- 35 off-street parking spaces including 4 visitor parking spaces (35 are required);
- 28 bicycle parking spaces (28 are required); and,
- 14 trees (8 trees are required as per Tree Management Bylaw).
