9547 & 9563 Woodbine Street

A four-story, 78-unit apartment building is proposed for 9547 and 9563 Woodbine Street. Designed by Luteyn Architecture Ltd., the development includes an above-ground parkade with 86 parking spaces, 16 of which are for visitors. The project features 675 square meters of outdoor amenity space and will introduce 21 new trees as part of its landscaping plan. To proceed, the proposal requires variances for setbacks, lot coverage, and storage locker placement. If approved, the development will replace two single-family homes, increasing housing density in downtown Chilliwack while maintaining a well-landscaped, visually appealing design.
