The Mann Group is excited to develop a recently acquired parcel of land located in the Downtown core of Chilliwack. The old Safeway site located on 9299 Mainstreet will consist of retail and residential units for rent. The revitalization of this area is crucial to the urban development of the Downtown core. The Mann Group is excited to invest in this process by constructing a new purpose-built rental structure for its residents. Neighbors will see extensive commercial & residential development taking place in the Downtown area over the next few years. With plans to begin renting for the Summer of 2020, this development will be highly sought after for locals.
