A new service station and commercial development is set to be built at 50380 Yale Road, following its approval by Chilliwack City Council. The project includes a gas station with two fuel islands and four pumps, alongside a 490m² commercial building featuring a convenience store, a drive-through restaurant, and an additional retail unit. Above the commercial space, there will be a residential unit, making this a mixed-use development.

Located at the intersection of Yale Road and Annis Road, the site will see improvements such as landscaping, parking, and a left-turn lane for better traffic flow. The design incorporates modern materials with red accents on the second floor, and large windows to enhance visibility. An acoustic barrier will be added along the southern property line to minimize noise from the drive-through.
