This new facility will provide a full range of veterinary services across 470m², offering improved care options for pets in the community. The building will feature a welcoming design with large windows, high-quality materials, and thoughtful landscaping along First Avenue and Broadway.

Parking on-site will include eight designated vehicle spaces and four bicycle spaces, ensuring easy access for clients. The design integrates with the neighborhood aesthetic, prioritizing visibility and accessibility while maintaining a friendly, community-oriented presence.
