York Building D

Building D is part of the final phase of the multi-phase development at 45495 Campus Drive in Chilliwack. This building has been designed to accommodate 74 residential units, with a mix of adaptable and small-unit apartments aimed at providing more affordable housing options. A recent amendment to the CD-24 Zone allows for an increase in the maximum building height to 21.5 meters, facilitating a more articulated roofline. Additionally, 50% of the storage lockers required for Building D are permitted to be located within the individual units, making them more accessible, particularly for residents with mobility issues.
