45226 Bernard Ave

A 15-unit townhouse development is proposed for 45226 Bernard Avenue, at the corner of Bernard and Ashwell. The project includes three buildings, private garages, and a 225m² common amenity area. Designed with pedestrian-friendly streetscapes and landscaping, the plan also provides 36 parking spaces (including six for visitors) and 32 trees to enhance green space. The proposal aligns with Chilliwack’s Residential 2 – Attached Housing and Narrow Infill zoning and awaits City Council approval on March 11, 2025.
