44199 Progress Way

The City Council has approved a new industrial building project at 44199 Progress Way, Chilliwack, during its meeting on November 7, 2023. Titan Construction Co Ltd will be developing a two-unit industrial facility, totaling 2,224 square meters.

The project includes approved variances to reduce the landscape buffer from 10 meters to 1 meter and the setback from 10 meters to 6 meters. These changes were made to enhance the functionality of the building while ensuring privacy for the adjacent residential area. The project also includes 38 parking spaces, 3 short-term bicycle parking spaces, and 13 trees, meeting all required standards.
