Construction continues to advance rapidly across several key development sites in Chilliwack, with noticeable progress reported at four major projects.
At the Liqwel Residential Development on Base 10 and Thomas Road, construction is moving swiftly. The building exteriors are nearing completion, with windows installed and facade work underway. On-site, cranes and construction crews are actively working to bring the multi-story complex closer to its final form.
Building A of the Andmar Development is also making significant strides, with wood framing almost complete. Multiple floors have taken shape above the concrete base, and the structure is nearing its full height. Construction cranes and workers are focused on finalizing the exterior framework.
Over at the Hocking Avenue Centre, the exterior is almost fully enclosed, with windows in place. The site remains busy with workers and equipment, and project signage indicates that 85% of units have already been leased. There is also available space for a coffee shop and office.
Meanwhile, at 9284 Hazel Street, foundational work has begun. The site has been cleared and leveled, with construction equipment actively preparing the ground. A large piling rig and other machinery are visible, and red markers indicate key points for upcoming construction activities.
These updates reflect Chilliwack’s ongoing urban development, highlighting the city’s growth and the steady progress of its residential and commercial projects.
