It was a perfect day for a stroll around Chilliwack, and what better way to celebrate the beautiful weather than by catching up on some exciting developments happening around town? We've got seven new updates on the Build Chilliwack site, each highlighting the progress of some key projects shaping our community. Let’s take a closer look at what’s going on!
This project has reached an important milestone with the installation of windows and the completion of the roof. The building is now starting to show its true character, with a sleek, polished look that’s adding a fresh vibe to Wellington Avenue. As work moves forward, we can expect the finishing touches to really bring out the building’s potential and enhance the neighbourhood.
Cascade Court has officially broken ground at the intersection of Webb and Kosumi, kicking off what promises to be a transformative project for the area. With Gerry Enns Contracting and ROVANent spearheading the excavation and civil construction, this development is set to introduce much-needed new housing options. We’re excited to see how this project evolves and contributes to the ongoing growth and vibrancy of this part of town.
"The Yearling" has officially wrapped up construction and it’s making quite the statement over at Iron Horse. Towering over its surroundings, this building features a unique array of logs near its rear entrance that give it a distinct, eye-catching appeal. It’s a great example of how thoughtful design can set a project apart and make a lasting impression on the community.
Although the exterior of 45639 Spadina Ave has remained relatively unchanged for a while, work is still bustling on-site. There’s an intriguing design feature on the side of the building that hints at what’s to come. As construction continues, we’re eager to see this project’s creative elements come to life and enhance the streetscape.
Slow but steady, the Main Street Station project is moving forward with a significant amount of steel framing now in place. This isn’t your typical build—its unique structure promises to stand out once complete. The steel framework is setting the stage for what’s sure to be an impressive addition to Chilliwack’s downtown.
Even in its half-finished state, the Hocking Avenue Centre is already vying for the title of the best office building in Chilliwack. The stunning windows flood the space with natural light, and the sleek design is turning heads. We can’t wait to see how this project evolves into a premier workplace that combines function with aesthetic appeal.
The roof framing at 9335 Corbould is almost done, marking a major milestone for this project. The next big step will be getting the building weather-tight to protect it from the elements as interior work progresses. It’s exciting to see the structure take shape and move closer to completion.
Significant progress has been made on the front façade of The Encore, but the installation of windows, doors, and building wrap has yet to begin. This project is steadily moving forward and we’re looking forward to seeing how the final design will come together in the coming months.
